The Remnant of God - read more

After due study on the subject of the remnant of God,

I discovered that within the evolution of the Christian Church, the traditions that have so marred the growth of the true 'Ecclesia' or the called out ones, have never been able to eradicate God's faithful remnant who would not be held down or controlled by these same traditions, dogmas or doctrines. They have been the light-bearers even in the depth of the dark ages of religion and religious history. Needless to say they have also been the target for the attacks of these religious dogmatists who have used every weapon at their disposal to silence these so called 'pestilent fellows'. They have been harried from house to cave, tortured, martyred and killed by these religious zealots, were never completely annihilated. The Lord has always had a small faithful group or remnant all over this world of ours. But the same force of religious bigotry that will not thole any other point of view that conflicts with their doctrines is driven by the same spirit that put Jesus on the cross two thousand years ago. To be part of just such a remnant is not to be populist by any measuring standard, neither will it ever cause you to be the flavour of the month in these ecclesiastical circles.

Sometimes one is almost tempted to call out like Elijah "I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life to take it away". But always we can hear the voice of our God in the background saying "Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees who have not bowed unto Baal". So it is in this day and generation, may all of this faithful remnant of our God take heart, and know that the Lord our God is not ever going to be without His witnesses and that He is eminently able to keep them in the face of the most fiersome opposition, no matter from whatever source it arises. Be encouraged, He has called you out and He will fulfil His purposes both in you and through you in the days that lie ahead.

At the time I was making a study of the Remnant the lord brought a prophetic word to my spirit concerning them. i would like to insert that word at this point.

All over this world I will have my ‘Remnant House Fellowships’

They are the ‘ecclesia’.
They are my ‘Hidden Ones’.
They are ‘La crème de la crème’.
They are My precious and My beloved.
They will come forth as my end-time army.
They will manifest forth My light and My life.
They will be the harbingers of My end-tim
As such they will be autonomous groups and self supportive, depending totally on:-

My guidance
My provision
My protection
My vindication
My continuing presence

Their strength and safeguard will be found in their anonymity. Yet, in the totality of their dependence upon the leading of the holy Spirit they will find an affinity with like-minded groups. The bonding of such groups will spring up in the Spirit and not and never from a desire to build a man-made organisation. My perfect love and My abundant grace will be the cement which will hold the living stones together in a building not made with hands. This building will be constructed by and maintained through the agency of My Holy Spirit alone. Thereby bringing forth My end-time ecclesia, My light-bearers and My life-bringers to a dark and desperately needy world.

Be assured and be encouraged for this My purpose will be fulfilled. If it seems to be delayed, fear not for it will come forth in My perfect time and in My perfect order. Be prepared to open your eyes and your ears to both see and hear this My revealed word. Enlarge your vision stretch forth your expectancy and reach out and activate your measure of faith in order that you might receive the fullness of My envisioning in your spirit.

My People, I have many more things to say, to reveal and to unveil to you. The words that I have spoken are already taking place before your eyes, if you have the insight to see them. Be assured of this one thing above all else ‘My Words will not return unto me void’ but will accomplish that which I have stated. To the natural eyes, things may look as if they are moving in the wrong direction completely, but in fact the ground is being prepared, the building blocks are being assembled and My House will be built.

No hammer will be heard or seen in the building for it is a sovereign work of My grace that you will both see and experience. From the most unlikely and extraordinary sources you will find My hand bringing forth My living stones.

In and to the ordinary man they will appear insignificant and of no consequence, but in My hands they will become mighty to the pulling down of the strongholds of the enemy. From many diverse and different backgrounds you will see the building take shape.
