Turning Failures into Stepping Stones
If you like me have had your share of the deep valleys of failure and despair then you will understand what I am about to share. A number of years ago I was challenged by the Lord to make a declaration in Public as to what He was about to do for a crippled young woman. I made the declaration but with a caveat around it to defend myself from embarassment. This done in the face of what men would think or say. In other words 'The Fear of Man'. Needless to say that young woman was not healed at that point of time and I failed miserably to obey the dictate of the Lord.
It took a period of time for me to come to a place in The Lord's dealings where after due repentance he made my failure into a stepping stone. The outcome was to take away all fear of man as to what he might think or say in any future confrontation. A wonderful place of liberty and freedom from the condemnation that is never far from the surface in many peoples minds. If you have had a failure that is still in the raw stage and causing you much pain and sorrow then let me point you to the abundance of Grace of your heavenly Father. Let Him through the agency of the Holy Spirit turn your failure into a Stepping Stone.
